CAPTION:
A crew worked on cleaning the exterior of the west side of the Livingston County Courthouse this (Tuesday) morning. The crew will power wash the entire building, county commissioners say, and conduct some tuck point work in places where cracks need to be filled. The work, which is being done by Water Tight Restoration out of St. Joseph, Mo., will take about three weeks. The cost of the project is $57,881. A Missouri Department of Natural Resources historic preservation grant is funding 70 percent of the project and the county is funding the remaining 30 percent.
