County Commissioner Kenneth Warren Dies

Livingston County Western District Commissioner Kenneth Warren died yesterday (Tuesday) at the age of 67. Warren, a life-long resident of Dawn, Mo., died on his final day in office, having lost his bid for re-election in the August primary. Warren was first elected to office in 2000.

As well as serving as a county commissioner, Warren was well known as a former superintendent for Livingston County Public Water Supply District No. 1, where he served for approximately 13 years. He left that position about a year and a half ago, according to officials from Livingston County PWSD No. 1.

Warren is survived by his wife of 46 years, Mary Linda Warren, and children: Shelly Zelmer, Sheryl Warren, Stanton Warren, Shaylee Rademacher, Susan Clement; 14 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son, Scott Warren.
